We are all Subjective and Emotional

People often find a crying and screaming kid annoying, but they tend to be more gracious if they're related to the kids or parents.


Same scenario, different context, different responses.


We are all subjective and emotional, bias is inevitable in our daily lives.


No one is 100% rational.


Being aware of our biases allows us to think about the unthought ideas or feedbacks when we encounter them.
